Enthusiasm is Currently Loading

Enthusiasm is hard to manufacture, but I believe that we get it by taking a few risks. Not only in our work, but in the overall structure of our creative lives.

Signing up for workshops that stretch your budget but are going to level up your skills is one way to fill your cup.

Going to a great yoga studio and taking that hour to be immersed in the experience is another.

The main thing is to go where the light is

The farther you move away from it due to obligations in life, the lower your enthusiasm goes.

Energy is like a muscle: You have to use it or lose it.
