Getting Unstuck
From the Book of Process
When ideas are stuck, the best thing you do is to find a way to keep something moving. Put a new ball into play.
The best way I personally do this is to write every morning that I can. It’s not the words you see here, but it’s garbage that I write.
The stream of consciousness that many people refer to as morning pages.
You don’t have to adhere to any method though, the main idea is to open a notebook, either physical or digital, and write things out for a bit.
One of the best parts of doing this is asking yourself questions and trying to figure out what’s on your mind.
It’s one of the best ways to get unstuck.

great post - the early "streams" can serve as good raw material later, or not - the main thing is to sit down and write, as a matter of habit - thanks for the nudges
