I spotted this one in some recent notes this morning:
Optimize for Adaptibility
We all know people who are incredibly rigid. Yes I could stand to learn a thing or two from them.
But did you realize how rigid you can be?
Look carefully at the things that scare you. How do you respond to changing out of your comfort zone?
We have pathways in the brain that help us repeat habits. Do your best to understand which ones are helping you get to where you want to go, and which ones can be discarded.
Because remember, we have to go one level up and ask ourselves what we want here?
