The samurai chooses death.
You don’t live in the TV show Shōgun but you are a warrior in your own quiet way.
To choose death means you choose to go into the darkness. You choose to go into that space that scares you.
And you stare down that fear with faith.
You didn’t find your way to my writing for no reason. You came here with a purpose.
Today and every day after, I ask you to make the same choice that the samurai does when you do your Most Creative Work.
I have at most 40 years left in the formed dimension. 450 months. 330,000 hours, if I’m lucky.
You have maybe more or less time, so let this serve you as a reminder that what your mind tells you when you get scared is not real.
It’s information, data, a signal, but it’s not real.
