The Toughest Critic
Your toughest critics have the loudest voices in your head.
They could be people you interact with regularly, infrequently, or long gone from your orbit.
What they all have in common is they can’t be won over.
So rather than work to please these people by looking over your shoulder when you strategize or produce, make the choice to work for your fans instead.
Selling to an existing customer is much easier than selling to someone who hasn’t bought from you before.
And by the same token, the ball will roll down the hill when you focus your energy on preaching to the choir instead of the unconverted.
When you read the words above, I hope you feel invigorated to do your Most Creative Work.
