Some weeks my fridge is full of nutritious options, yet most weeks the fridge has food that needs to be tossed or just not much in there in general.
Our most creative life needs the first type of fridge. We have to go out to the store (gather inspiration), on a regular schedule and keep colourful fruits and vegetables in stock.

Find the support that keeps your most creative work going, and stick with that.
