A Better Relationship
Your relationship with the work that you do is a relationship like any other in your life.
If there are undercurrents of frustration, animosity or jealousy, that is what you’re putting in and that is what you’ll get out.
This isn’t to suggest that every road that we take in life is easy to navigate and lined with beautiful flower beds. We have to go through many difficult patches in order to arrive at a better relationship with our Most Creative Work.
When do you feel most connected to your vision? When do you enter into a state of coherence where this makes sense and all the unproductive voices in your head quiet down?
I feel most connected with my vision when I don't have financial concerns or real world priorities that stomp on my most creative work. If I'm worried about some important financial problem, like NOT having enough money in my life...it makes it harder. In other words, if I had a SPONSOR or a PATRON or a BUDGET or a BOTTOMLESS expense account...I would be creating my best work ever. Removing financial/fiscal worries makes my creative work blossom and bloom easily and every day, for sure. A bottomless expense account would for SURE make me the most creative person imaginable on this earth, with a constant steady flow of incredibleness guaranteed.
