I feel most connected with my vision when I don't have financial concerns or real world priorities that stomp on my most creative work. If I'm worried about some important financial problem, like NOT having enough money in my life...it makes it harder. In other words, if I had a SPONSOR or a PATRON or a BUDGET or a BOTTOMLESS expense account...I would be creating my best work ever. Removing financial/fiscal worries makes my creative work blossom and bloom easily and every day, for sure. A bottomless expense account would for SURE make me the most creative person imaginable on this earth, with a constant steady flow of incredibleness guaranteed.

I agree that it helps a lot to not have to be worried about financial constraints, but I also wonder if we need a bit of that pressure to help us focus on our work? For example, if you're behind on bills you will need to work at a job or operate a service.

And when you're working you might ask yourself if this situation would be better if you are busy doing what you love instead. Maybe this situation can motivate you to keep working on your art, so that this becomes your income stream rather than the job that you are not as passionate about.
